having a problem with derived files from FLAC audio https://catalogd.archive.org/log/602495245 for our item located at https://archive.org/details/in-giro--demonstrate : 2 of the 10 MP3 derivations are failing with no clear message (tracks 4 and 6), some lengths are incorrect (track 1), and the transfer of the metadata from the original FLAC files to the Ogg Vorbis and MP3 derivatives is creating lots of incorrect/garbage metadata in the derived audio files.
since these files are required to have streaming audio on the item page, before trying to resolve these issues, is there any way to provide our own MP3 and Ogg Vorbis substitutes/replacements for generated the derivatives? i have tried simply uploading my own MP3 and Ogg Vorbis files with the same names as the derivatives, but they show up as additional tracks, thus doubling the total tracks available (i.e. each MP3 and Ogg Vorbis version is playable) on the streaming item page player. it seems that this original vs. derivative source status is set in the "in-giro--demonstrate_files.xml" file, which unfortunately does not seem to be editable.
if providing our own derivatives is not possible, is there a way to get more detailed logs as to what is failing than available at https://catalogd.archive.org/log/602495245 ?
